2019 was a yr we never want to repeat, yes worse than 2020 so in Oct 2019 we decided to buy 5 acres with a house. Something that we could buy and then build to be ours.
Buy Dec 2019 we arrived here with our last truck load. Then the fires claimed almost half the island. Sad to see and hard to be a part of. Then come Covid-19. Lucky for us we were no longer in Vic as it was hit hard and my lungs would not have coped with even a flu let alone covid-19. We just plodded along in 2020. The veggie garden took off and we enjoyed everything from our garden. We welcomed a new little guy called Dougy. He has a stubborn streak and is keeping us on our toes.
So for now we are keeping safe and finding our way on KI.
As we look to 2021 let's hope that its a great yr for eveyone. We will be welcoming our first grand child in April and so the next chapter begins for us.
